Eye screenings are typically recommended at different stages of life for early detection and management of diseases/conditions:

Children: Refractive errors (myopia), Amblyopia (lazy eye), Strabismus (crossed eyes).
Adults: Glaucoma, Cataracts, and Age-related Macular Degeneration

Combined with regular eye checks, our eye screenings can also help investigate common concerns such as changes in vision, persistent dryness, a family history of eye conditions, or age-related visual decline.

MediSave

For locals, many eye procedures are claimable via Medisave. Examples of claimable treatments are cataract surgery and most laser eye procedures. In the case of surgery or admissions, the admitting hospital will process the claim.

Options for MediSave

‍‍MediSave can cover part of the fees for treatments like those mentioned in the section immediately preceding this one. It is also allowed to use Medisave for either yourself or immediate relatives (spouses, children, parents, and grandparents).
